Can I get help?

Our self assessment forms will help you to establish if you or someone you know are likely to qualify for Social Care Support and whether you will need to contribute financially towards all or any support you may receive.

Self Assessment

Complete the self assessment to find out how likely you are to be eligible for care and support from the Council.

Carer's Assessment

If you provide regular unpaid support to someone who could not manage without it, the carers assessment will advise whether you are eligible for support from the Council.
